Amplified Resource Group (ARG) is an independent consulting firm focused on the financial health and revenue growth of otolaryngology practices.
ARG works exclusively with large ENT practices in the USA to assist with revenue growth and profitability goals. Because we only work with ENT, clients have access to peer consulting sessions.
We create customized plans based on the overall goals of the practice to ensure success in every area of your growing practice. And when it is time to exit, we will create an exit strategy that meets the needs of the practice and the principals involved.

Richard Jackson
Managing Director
Richard Jackson is the Managing Director of Amplified Resource Group. He has spent the past 20 years in the hearing health care industry. He is the former President/CEO of GN ReSound and the past Vice President of Sales and Professional Training at Widex USA. Prior to joining the hearing industry, Richard spent 10 years in the medical device industry and is very experienced in the merger and acquisition of physician groups. This gives him a unique insight into the ENT and Audiology space. Richard has a BA from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the University of California.

Ken Payne
Director
Ken Payne is a Partner and Director of Amplified Resource Group. Ken has held various executive roles during his 20 years in the hearing industry. Most recently Ken was an Area Director of Sales at Widex USA and a Regional Vice President of Sales at Unitron. He was also the National Sales Manager at Sonic Innovations. Ken has a long history of working with and managing audiologists and understands what it takes to be a successful hearing health provider. Ken received his BBA from The University of Texas at Austin and his MBA from The University of Houston.

Daniel J. Tibbs, Au.D.
Chief Innovation & Audiology Officer
Dan Tibbs has over a decade of experience in the hearing healthcare industry with clinical, field sales, education and specialty program roles. He worked as a clinical audiologist in Southern California and Ohio, as well as in the cochlear implant industry. In addition, Dr. Tibbs has held several positions at Widex USA, including overseeing Professional Education in the Western United States and Director of Product Management. With over 35 years of personal experience with hearing instruments and technology, Dan understands the practical and technological issues many practitioners face daily. He also specializes in department analysis and planning for identification of growth areas and maximum ROI. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and received his Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Louisville.
